First time signing in
You'll land on a page that says "Sign in or sign up — Start creating with Manus." That's expected. Forge currently runs on Manus infrastructure, so Manus handles the sign-in. It isn't a different product and you're in the right place.
- Sign in with Google, Microsoft, Apple, or a passkey — whichever you prefer.
- You'll be sent back to Forge automatically.
- That's it. Next time you'll go straight in.
This can happen on the first sign-in if you were already logged into Manus in that browser. Nothing is broken.
Just open the Forge link again — rossworkout-yvvzsjyw.manus.space — and you'll go straight in, already signed in.
Your data
Everything you log is yours. There's an export button inside the app that hands you a complete file of your training history — sessions, weights, measurements, templates, splits. Download it whenever you want, no permission needed.
Grab an export after your first few sessions and keep the file somewhere safe. It's one tap, and it means your history is under your own control as well as mine.
V2 is coming
Forge is being rebuilt from the ground up, and sign-in is one of the things getting fixed — V2 has its own, so no third-party account will be needed. Your history comes with you.
Progress updates are on the main page.
