The Gap

Every other app is missing something.

“Your log is just a list.”

No progression intelligence. No mesocycle awareness. Just sets and reps going nowhere. You’re tracking but not learning.

“Recovery is an afterthought.”

You’re either guessing or ignoring it. Neither works when you’re pushing hard. One bad call costs you a week.

“Nutrition lives somewhere else.”

Switching between three apps to manage one training day is a broken workflow. The data never connects.

The App

One command center. Eight systems.

Every tab built for a specific job. No bloat. No features you’ll never use.

The Story

Built by someone who actually trains.

I spent ten years rising from mixer to Production Manager at a commercial bakery supplying 800 stores across Texas and Oklahoma. That job rewired how I think — flows, dependencies, bottlenecks, feedback loops. You stop seeing steps and start seeing systems.

When I turned that same thinking on my own training, every app I tried was missing the point. They stored what I did. None of them told me what it meant.

So I built the one I actually wanted. Every feature in Forge came from a real problem I hit under a bar — not from a feature list.

Forge // Telemetry is what happens when a systems thinker gets serious about training data.

Build updates

Build Update — August 2026

Your training history is safe.

I hold full backups of every beta account. Forge V1 goes offline during the Manus platform transition — nothing is lost. Your sessions, weights, measurements, templates, and splits are backed up and come with you into V2.

V2 is being rebuilt from the ground up.

V1 proved the idea. V2 is the version I’d trust with your training data.

Most of this rebuild has gone into the part nobody sees: the import that takes your history and rebuilds it inside V2. Every record lands or none do. Nothing gets silently dropped or renamed — if anything doesn’t match, the import stops instead of guessing.

Every piece of that goes through independent review before it counts as done. A separate reviewer has to sign off in writing, and so far they’ve sent it back four times. That’s slower than shipping fast. It’s also why your history will still be yours when V2 lands.

No launch date yet. I’m not giving you one I’m not sure of. When there is one, it shows up here first.
